I'm an Ordained Minister with a deep love for frequency, vibration, and the transformative power they offer in aligning in Truth and expressing greater opportunities in [W]holiness.
I earned my Master's Degree in Community Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado in 2004, and am a Certified Life Coach through the Casey Coaching System. |

I'm passionate about empowering others to live their most inspired and actualized lives through a variety of wholistic modalities.
My journey began in the early 90s, when I felt called to dive deep into metaphysics, spiritual practices, consciousness expansion, and quantum physics. I was driven by fundamental questions: What is truth? What are the possibilities within Creation? Why do we experience the outcomes we do in life, and what is our potential to create more inspired ones?
The answers I’ve discovered point to one thing: freedom ... and the limitless potential of our soulful creative
capacity.
I completed a two-year apprenticeship to become a Reiki Master in the Usui System of Natural Healing. I hold certifications in Karuna Healing (Master Level), Soul Body Fusion®, Psycho-Emotional Kinesiology, Brain Spotting, and Thought Field Therapy®-VT. I've received training in Neuro-Emotional Technique® (NET), and am a recognized Divine Healing Hands Soul Healer.
I’m grateful to be internationally sought after for my Conscious Attunements, which align people with their most inspired Presence, Expression, and Creative Capacity.
I travel throughout the US to offer Crystal Singing Bowl and Gong Sound Baths, with intentions in the realms of
(W)holiness and Expanded Consciousness.
More recently, I was jazzed to discover Qi Life®—an organization aligned with my vision, using cutting-edge technology to deliver high frequencies and vibrations designed to reveal greater health, wholeness, vitality, manifestative opportunities, and consciousness that resides beyond illusion and confusion.
Working with their technology has been an incredible honor, as it offers clarity and/or alignment to greater wholeness.
When we work together, you will have an opportunity for a compassionate, personalized approach tailored to your unique callings, and/or the ability to participate in group settings.
Outside of my work (which, honestly, doesn’t feel like work because I love what I do), you’ll often find me hiking with my Golden Doodle, traveling, or immersing myself in the vibrational beauty of sound.
These experiences help me stay grounded in the knowing that we can all live intentionally inspired lives - and flourish. It’s my joy to support others in doing the same.
